Warranty
If any Woodward Grosvenor floorcovering is found to be defective in manufacture or materials within the first two years from the date of purchase it will be made good by our expert staff or, at our discretion and after all attempts to make good have been carried out, be replaced with a floorcovering of equivalent value from the current range.
This warranty does not cover unfair wear and tear and/or faults arising from improper installation.
All of our products are covered by a two year warranty
